Founded in 1995, Qingdao Banghe Foundry Co.,Ltd. has come into being a professional products and service provider of high pressure die castings, gravity castings,low pressure die castings,CNC machining,heat treatment and powder coating.After TS16949 was certified in 2007, the company has been certified with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001,then entitled Enterprise Technological Center Qingdao in 2014 and High-tech Enterprise Qingdao in 2017. With a plant of 130000 square meters and 8% of her 410 employees as engineering and quality professionals,a managing team trained and equipped with modern knowledge has enabled the company’s continuous improvement and development.QSB learned from GM and ERP applied in house to meet expectations of customers from automobile industry.  

 

With 27 sets of high pressure die casting machines,ranging from 180T to 1600T,fully equipped with automation of feeding,spraying,pick-up, and 2 sets of low pressure die casting machine,6 sets of turnover gravity casting machine,the company’s annual capacity is about 7000 metric tons.In regard to machining,she has 2 sets of HMC, 40 sets of VMC and 19 sets of CNC lathe,capable of machining about 15 millions in pieces. Meanwhile the company has also built up a well-equipped lab including Hexagon CMM, OBLF Spectrometer, X-Ray detector, Hardness,Mechanical Tester,Static Pressure Tester, and Optical Projector.

 

The company is majorly engaged in OEM production for oversea markets like European,North American, Japanese,South Korean and Australian,etc.Rich experiences have been gained in industries like furniture,automobile,lighting,agricultural machinery and power tools via close cooperation with her customers, among which the typical ones are Haworth,ITP,Humanscale,Kingball,Wabco,ZKW,Bosch,Dubose,Maschio,Forcome,DAB,Black&Decker,Husqvarna,Simens,ADB,etc.
